The 30-person Single price is a planning estimate. Groups larger than 20 use Single only, with 40-minute rotations; send an inquiry to confirm your date and schedule.
Send an inquiry for over 20A deposit confirms your booking. Birthday, corporate and bachelor bookings, and any group over 10, need 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule for a refund. Within 7 days the deposit is non-refundable, and one reschedule may be offered at our discretion. The balance is due at check-in.

Arrive for your booking time. Your host welcomes the team, gives the safety briefing and fits the headsets and full-body trackers.
Wave A Plays — Wave B Spectates
Up to 10 enter the arena. The other wave watches the live feed or plays lounge games. If your team fits in one wave, everyone plays together.
Wave B Plays — Scores on the Board
For a rotating event, the groups swap. Each wave gets its mission time; compare notes and scores when everyone is back.
Lounge & Wrap-Up
Enjoy bubble tea, food you have brought or ordered, and 40 included lounge minutes. Your team highlight video is included.

The most unique/ fun experience I’ve had in a while! Was a little apprehensive at first because I’ve never done VR before, but it was a blast! Great outing for a group of friends or team building with coworkers. Desert storm and temple of diamond skull did not disappoint. Both were super cool. Can’t wait to come back and try the other games!
The variety of games available made sure that there was something for everyone, whether we wanted a team building co-op game or something more competitive. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly, ensuring any setup was seamless and smooth.
This is by far one of the most exciting experience I've had as a person and as a professional. The experience is so good for relationship building e.g team building and family bonding. It's worth the time and the money.

Single is $49 per person and Double is $69 per person before tax, with a 6-guest minimum. A 10-person Single is $490; a 20-person Single is $980, before 13% HST. Private arena, host, lounge, bubble tea and highlight video are included. Book 6–20 guests instantly online. For more than 20, send an inquiry: Single is the available format, with 40-minute rotations of up to 10.
Which format should we pick for our group size?
6–10: your whole team fits in one wave; Double gives each player two missions. For 11–20, choose Single in two 40-minute rotations or Double in a 140-minute booking window. More than 20 guests: Single only, with 40 minutes per rotation and up to 10 playing at once. The other groups use the spectator lounge. Send your headcount and preferred date so we can arrange the rotations. Session times include gear-up; lounge time is separate.
Can you invoice our company or take a PO?
Include your billing or purchase-order requirements in your inquiry so we can discuss the arrangements before you book. Groups of 6–20 can also book and pay online.
How many can play at once?
Up to 10 players per session. Larger teams rotate smoothly — waiting groups enjoy the spectator lounge with live view, games, and drinks.
Do you host weekday events?
Yes. Tuesday–Thursday hours are 11am–9pm; Friday hours are 11am–10pm. Monday: Available for private events — inquiry only. Check the live booking calendar for regular start times, or inquire about a Monday private event.
Can we bring food or cater?
Absolutely. The private lounge welcomes catering and delivery, and our attached Sugar & Ice Café serves drinks and snacks on-site.
Can we film and share?
Please do — most teams capture reactions, and we provide an edited highlight video for your team channel or LinkedIn.
Parking and accessibility?
Free on-site parking. The arena and lounge are ground-floor accessible. Anyone not playing is welcome to spectate at no charge.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to event inquiries within 1 business day. Include your preferred date, headcount and any timing or billing requirements.
