A deposit confirms your booking. Birthday, corporate and bachelor bookings, and any group over 10, need 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule for a refund. Within 7 days the deposit is non-refundable, and one reschedule may be offered at our discretion. The balance is due at check-in.

Are the games suitable for adults?
Yes. Choose a competitive team mission, a shared zombie-survival mission or an adventure. Your host recommends experiences for your group, whether you are planning a bachelor party, bachelorette party or another celebration.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Bring food or arrange a delivery for the lounge. A Sugar & Ice bubble tea is included for each guest, and additional snacks and desserts are available on site. Contact us about any other refreshment arrangements before you book.
How long is it?
For up to 10 guests, Single is 40 minutes and Double is 70. For 11–20, two rotating waves take 80 minutes for Single or 140 minutes for Double. Those are booking/session windows including gear-up, not each guest’s time in VR. Add 40 included lounge minutes when planning your night.
Will anyone get motion sickness?
Free-roam VR uses your physical movement in the arena. If anyone has concerns or feels uncomfortable, tell the host before or during the session so they can help with the experience or a break. Comfort varies from person to person.

Your crew wears wireless headsets and full-body trackers and uses physical tracked props. Move around the 2,300-square-foot arena together, with wind, heat and scent effects accompanying the mission. A host handles setup and explains how to play.
